自我锻炼能力是指学生在无教师的情况下完成练习任务和进行身体锻炼的能力,是对学生锻炼的自觉性、锻炼的目标程度、锻炼的内容和方法以及独立处理锻炼中出现问题的能力的综合衡量,是学生自学的体现。在体育教学中以“培养学生自我体育锻炼能力”为教改课题,在部分班级进行了研究,并对实验结果进行了分析研究,认为收到了较好的教学效果,达到了提高学生体育锻炼的兴趣、增强体质、发展个性和完善人格整体的目的。
