序言儒家思想与茶道在日本茶道成立之前的室町时代中期,根据《论语》中记述孔子和其弟子的故事而创立的茶游戏,就已经非常流行了。《看闻御记》应永二十三年(1416年)二月二十六日的日记中有这样一条记述:“雨降。先日顺事回茶”。这里所说的“回茶”即是指《看闻御记》中屡次出现的“十服茶”这一茶游戏而言的。
