在克拉玛依城市建设的进程中,市区以东约0.5km处被规划为“金龙湖”生态绿地,而湖内及周边存在大量废弃的油气井,这些废弃井服役时间长、井况复杂,存在渗漏及污染周边环境的风险。针对这些废弃井钻井完成时间早、井内结构卡阻、套管破损等复杂情况,研究制定现场施工工艺技术,并进行现场应用,确保封井质量满足设计要求。
In the process of urban construction in Karamay, the area is planned to be “Golden Dragon Lake” ecological green space about 0.5km to the east of the urban area. There are a large number of abandoned oil and gas wells in and around the lake. These abandoned wells have been in service for a long time and have complicated conditions , There is the risk of leakage and pollution of the surrounding environment. In view of the complex situations such as early completion of well drilling, well structure blockage and casing damage in these abandoned wells, the on-site construction technology was researched and developed and applied on site to ensure the well closure quality to meet the design requirements.
