虽然现在的企业对人才的渴求越来越迫切,但仍有“大学毕业就是失业”的现象。这是因为企业所需要的人才,是能够对企业的生产、经营管理及未来建设做出应有的贡献的人。我国是一个人力资源大国,对企业来说,人力资源极易获取,然而,普遍偏低的人力资源素质却是无法通过人力资源的数量来替代的,企业对人才的素质有着最基本的要求。
Although the current enterprise’s thirst for talent is more and more urgent, there is still a phenomenon that “graduating from college is unemployment”. This is because the talents needed by an enterprise are people who can make due contributions to the production, operation and management of the enterprise and the future construction. China is a large human resource country. For enterprises, human resources are extremely easy to obtain. However, generally low human resource quality can not be replaced by the number of human resources. Enterprises have the most basic requirements for the quality of human resources.
