The grass-roots party organizations are the basis for the entire party’s work and combat effectiveness. Only by profoundly understanding the essence, connotation and requirements of “three strictures and three truths” and implementing “three strictures and three truths” in all aspects can grassroots party organizations continuously improve creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness.
