2006年之前,北京市丰台区电子政务信息资源的开发建设缺乏全区的统一规划,信息数据的管理维护仍处于各部门自成体系的状态。自部门信息仅限于纵向交流,政务资源没有联通交换,处于信息资源整合的初期阶段。针对全区各项业务工作对信息化的实际需求,进一步提升政府的整体效能和城市管理水平,丰台区着手构建一体化信息共享交换平台,突出以电子政务应用驱动政务信息资源整合、以资源整合支撑电子政务应用,逐步提高信息化服务政府办公、社会安全、城市管理、公共服务的能力。
