目的:探究PDCA循环管理对降低气管插管患者非计划性拔管风险的效果。方法:以2013年4月~2015年4月期间在义乌市中心医院进行气管插管的260例患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规的管理模式,实验组患者采用PDCA循环管理模式。比较分析两组患者非计划性拔管发生率。结果:实验组患者非计划性拔管发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA循环管理应用到气管插管患者非计划性拔管中效果十分显著,通过规范操作流程,建立科学、高效的良性循环管理模式,有效地降低了非计划性拔管的发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management on reducing the risk of unplanned extubation in patients with endotracheal intubation. Methods: 260 patients with endotracheal intubation in Yiwu Central Hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number method. The control group of patients using the conventional management mode, the experimental group of patients using PDCA cycle management model. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with unplanned extubation incidence. Results: The incidence of unplanned extubation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA to the unplanned extubation of tracheal intubation patients has a significant effect. By standardizing the operation procedure and establishing a scientific and efficient benign cycle management mode, the incidence of unplanned extubation is effectively reduced.
