现阶段,为进一步推动我国教育事业的创新发展,高职院校数量与规模呈现出正比趋势,且朝着生源多元化趋势创新变革。生源多元化模式的出现,改变了高职教育单一模式,但是从某个角度分析,因为学生之间差异较大,学习能力以及学习方法不同,传统的高职教育模式无法适应其发展要求,故需要加强变革。鉴于此,主要从生源多元化角度入手,着重探究现阶段高职教育基础课存在的缺陷,并提出相关的建议与改革对策,旨在提升我国高职教育基础课教学改革的创新性与有效性。
At this stage, in order to further promote the innovation and development of education in our country, the number and size of higher vocational colleges show a trend of direct proportion, and make innovations and changes toward the diversification of students. The emergence of multiple sources of students has changed the single mode of higher vocational education. However, from a certain point of view, the traditional modes of higher vocational education can not meet the requirements of their development due to the large differences among students, their learning abilities and their learning methods. Need to strengthen change. In view of this, mainly from the perspective of diversification of students, this paper focuses on the shortcomings of the basic course of higher vocational education at present, and puts forward some suggestions and reform measures aimed at improving the innovation and effectiveness of the basic teaching reform of higher vocational education in our country.
