本文根据湿H2S环境下材料控制的相关规范,结合笔者在LPG装置工程设计中对压力容器和压力管道材料选择的经验,在严格遵守其它经业主批准的对压力容器和压力管道的设计和制造规范的前提下,针对抗湿H2S腐蚀的特殊要求提出此环境下对材料选择、化工设备设计进行了讨论,为解决更复杂的介质工况的设计工作提供了参考。
Based on the relevant regulations of material control in wet H2S environment and the author’s experience in selecting materials for pressure vessels and pressure pipes in the design of LPG installations, this paper strictly complies with other design and manufacturing specifications of pressure vessels and pressure pipes approved by the owners Under the premise of the specific requirements of anti-wetting H2S corrosion proposed material selection in this environment, the design of chemical equipment were discussed, to solve the more complex medium conditions design work provides a reference.
