由江苏凤凰教育智库负责的淮安市优秀中青年校(园)长培育工程采用了多种卓有成效的培训方式,其中“导师制”是最具特色最受学员欢迎的一种。笔者不才,忝列导师小组。为尽量减少对学员进步的耽误,我从接受任务起就将“让每位学员有尽可能多的获得感”作为自己努力的目标。我的基本原则是:换位思考,将心比心;己所不欲,勿施于人。我以自己从教30多年来参加各种培训的体验为参照,凡是自己不喜欢的培训方式绝不用于我对学员的指导中,而自己感觉最有效的
