目的:建立江西建昌帮炆熟地黄的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价及控制炆熟地黄质量提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法建立建昌帮炆熟地黄指纹图谱,并采用国家药典委员会的“中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件”对数据进行分析。结果:10批次建昌帮炆熟地黄共有13个指纹图谱峰,经相似度计算,整体相似性好。结论:该方法稳定,重复性好,可用于建昌帮炆熟地黄的的质量评价与控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Rehmannia glutinosa Rehmannia Preparata in Jianchang, Jiangxi Province to provide a basis for scientific evaluation and quality control of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. Methods: The HPLC fingerprint was used to establish the fingerprint of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, and the data was analyzed by National Pharmacopoeia Committee’s “software of similarity calculation of fingerprint of TCM”. Results: Ten batches Jianchang Bangzhu Rehmannia a total of 13 fingerprints peak, calculated by the similarity, the overall similarity is good. Conclusion: The method is stable, reproducible and can be used for quality evaluation and control of Jianchang Rehmannia glutinosa rhizome.
