棒状纳米结构作为衬底,已经被广泛地用于表面增强拉曼散射.为进一步增强纳米棒表面电场,从而提高被探测分子的拉曼信号强度,本文设计了梯形-棒状纳米结构.应用梯形纳米结构中电子的纵向振动所产生的电场激发纳米棒中电子的横向振动,实现纳米棒表面电场级联增强的效果.另外,本文还研究了梯形-棒状纳米结构的形貌参数对其表面等离子体共振的影响.
As a substrate, rod-like nanostructures have been widely used as surface-enhanced Raman scattering. In order to further enhance the surface electric field of the nanorods and enhance the Raman signal intensity of the molecules to be detected, a trapezoidal-rod nanostructure is designed. The electric field generated by the longitudinal vibration of the electrons in the structure excites the lateral vibration of the electrons in the nanorods to enhance the cascade effect of the electric fields on the surface of the nanorods.In addition, the effects of the morphology parameters of the trapezoidal-rod nanostructures on the surface plasmon Resonance effects.
