目的探讨高效氯氰菊酯β-CP对MCF-7增殖及雌性幼鼠子宫增重作用的剂效关系。方法采用MTT法检测10-12~10-4mol/L剂量范围内的β-CP对MCF-7细胞的增殖影响的量效关系;采用3 d经皮注射染毒,研究0.1~10 mg/kg剂量范围的β-CP对雌性幼鼠子宫发育影响的剂效关系。结果以β-CP处理24和72 h后,10-10~10-9mol/L范围内,随剂量的增加,MCF-7细胞增殖率(prolieration rate,PR)增高,10-9剂量PR最高,10-9~10-4mol/L范围内,PR随剂量增加而降低,0.1 mg/kgβ-CP剂量组的子宫剥离重系数高于对照组,而1.0和10 mg/kgβ-CP剂量组的子宫剥离重系数要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论β-CP对MCF-7细胞促增殖作用及促雌性幼鼠子宫增长作用呈现类似倒U型的剂效关系。
