企业责任不是一时、一地、一事的短期行为,需要科学、规范的管理与长期的积极践行,因此需要以制度规范为基础、以项目管理为重点、以组织管理为保障,通过对企业资源进行系统规划和整合使用,全面有效地开展企业社会责任工作。近年来,扬州移动积极探索企业责任管理的思路,努力实现企业在经济、社会与环境责任三方面的优秀表现,由此提升企业自身的形象和价值,改善企业发展的生态环境,真正实现企业与社会的双赢。
