在射流过渡区,适当地控制附壁效应,便可获得驱动喷头旋转的推力,而问题的关键在于如何实现满足农田喷灌需要的自动控制。本文提出在射流元件左侧取得信号水,经由导流管反馈并堵塞元件右侧出口处的间隙C的方法,取得了满意的效果。本喷头找到了信号接嘴的理想位置,成功地解决了喷头在喷洒过程中的直射、步进和连续反向转动的问题。
In the transition zone of the jet, proper control of the Coanda effect can provide the thrust for driving the nozzle to rotate, and the crux of the problem lies in how to realize the automatic control that meets the needs of farmland sprinkler irrigation. In this paper, we propose to obtain the signal water on the left side of the jetting element and feed it back through the draft tube to block the gap C at the outlet on the right side of the element. The satisfactory results are obtained. The nozzle to find the ideal location of the signal nozzle, the nozzle successfully solved the problem of direct injection, stepping and continuous reverse rotation.
