The talent ladder is high, low, and laddery. The proportion of “steps” is the gradient of talents in the health and epidemic prevention community. Large sample surveys and additional correction factors are required, otherwise it is difficult to determine specific values. But groups have objective gradient values. 2 The health promotion and anti-epidemic group talent ladder constitutes the health and epidemic prevention group.
