硫酸二甲酯为无色油状液体,具有刺激作用,工业上做为甲基取代剂用途甚广。国内外对其急性中毒报道虽较多,但对慢性毒性的研究则报道较少。为保护职业人群的健康,探讨硫酸二甲酯对工人健康的慢性危害及其毒性,具有一定的实际意义。因此,我们对硫酸厂从事生产硫酸二甲酯作业工人的健康状况进行了调查和毒性实验观察。 Dimethyl sulfate as a colorless oily liquid, with a stimulating effect, the industry as a methyl substituent widely used. Domestic and foreign reports on its acute poisoning are more, but the study of chronic toxicity is reported less. In order to protect the health of occupational groups and explore the chronic harm and toxicity of dimethyl sulfate to workers’ health, it is of practical significance. Therefore, we conducted a survey on the health status of workers engaged in the production of dimethyl sulfate in the sulfuric acid plant and the toxicity experiment.
