目的,探讨永久性结肠造口术后恢复期患者健康教育的需求,为临床护理工作提供参考建议。方法,采用半结构式访谈法,采访结肠造口术后1~3个月6例患者,运用Claizzi分析程序进行资料分析。结果,结肠造口术后患者对于健康教育的需求囊括造口用品的选择及更换、造口周围皮肤及并发症的护理等。结论,护士应细化饮食宣教,科学指导患者使用造口用品,针对病人不同特点给予个性化的指导。
Objective To explore the need of health education in patients with convalescent permanent colostomy and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted to interview 6 patients 1 to 3 months after colostomy. Data were analyzed using the Claizzi analysis program. As a result, the demand for health education after colostomy patients includes the selection and replacement of stoma products, the care of the skin and complications surrounding the stoma. In conclusion, nurses should refine their diet and education, guide scientists to use stoma products, and give personalized guidance to patients with different characteristics.
