会开工作是经济管理工作的重要组成部分,商品经济愈发展,经济体制改革愈深入,会计工作愈重要。会计人员是经济管理队伍中的一支重要力量,会计人员素质的高低,对会计工作水平的提高具有决定影响,因而对整个经济管理工作也将起到重大影响。全国现有会计人员1千万名,我省现有会计人员30万人,他们在各自不同的行业中努力工作,为四化建设和深化改革,做出了卓有成效的贡献。但与经济建设和体制改革形势发展的要求相比,会计人员无论在数量还是质量上都还有较大的距离,特别是会计人员和会计工作在社会上尚未得到足够的重视。为了促进会计人才的培养、会计知识的普及和会计工作水平的提高,并在社会上形成强大的舆论支持,经财政部同意,由中国会计学会、华人世界社、中央人民广播电台、中央电视台联合举办首届会计知识大赛(其组织机构如附一),为了组织好湖北赛区的竞赛工作,决定:由省财政厅、省会计学会、省电视台联合举办全国首届会计知识大赛湖北赛区竞赛工作,具体办法如下:
Opening work is an important part of economic management. Accounting staff is an important force in the economic management team. The quality of accountants has a decisive influence on the improvement of accounting work level, and will also have a significant impact on the entire economic management. There are now 10 million accounting personnel in the country and there are currently 300,000 accounting personnel in our province. They work hard in their respective industries and have made fruitful contributions to the four modernizations and deepening the reform. However, compared with the requirements of economic development and the development of institutional reform, there is still a long way to go in accounting personnel, both in terms of quantity and quality. In particular, accounting personnel and accounting work have not received sufficient attention in the society. In order to promote the cultivation of accounting talents, the popularization of accounting knowledge and the improvement of accounting standards, and form a strong public opinion in society, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, the Chinese Accounting Association, Chinese World Community, the Central People’s Broadcasting Station, China Central Television jointly To organize the first accounting knowledge contest (the organization as attached), in order to organize the contest in Hubei Division, decided: by the provincial Department of Finance, the provincial accounting association, the provincial television station jointly organized the first session of the accounting knowledge contest in Hubei division competition, the specific measures as follows:
