为筛选苗期抗稻瘟病的种质资源,为水稻苗期稻瘟病抗性改良提供种质材料,分别在湖北恩施、咸丰和利川对从国际水稻所引进的一套遗传多样性丰富的籼稻种质资源进行稻瘟病鉴定。结果表明:核心种质在3个地点的叶瘟均表现出丰富的遗传变异,恩施、咸丰和利川分别筛选到7份、33份和6份苗期抗稻瘟病的种质资源,多个环境下均抗稻瘟病的有6份,其中IR122284和IR121225在3个地点均高抗稻瘟病。
In order to screen germplasm resources of resistance to rice blast at seedling stage and to provide germplasm materials for rice blast resistance improvement at the seedling stage, the genetic diversity of indica rice varieties introduced from International Rice in Enshi, Xianfeng and Lichuan, Hubei Province, Quality resources for rice blast identification. The results showed that the core collection exhibited abundant genetic variation in leaf blast at three locations, and seven, 33 and six germplasm resources of Blast resistance at seedling stage were selected in Enshi, Xianfeng and Icheon, respectively Six of them were resistant to rice blast, and IR122284 and IR121225 were highly resistant to rice blast at three sites.
