最近我們在南京、苏州、上海几个城市参加了几次当地教育行政部門組織的中等学校校長、教导主任和教师們研究教育方針的座談会;又在一些重点中学中和学校的負责人、教师以及同学們分別进行了接触、漫談;并和山东,安徽教育部門的負责同志,談了他們那里討論教育方針的情况和問題。从各方面看来,教育方針的討論在各地是很受欢迎的,也逐漸热烈起来。不过由于学校剛开学不久,学校行政领导上忙于开学后的行政事务,教师們忙于备課等工作,还沒来得及进行深入的研究,更沒有系統地总結过去教育工作,因而反映出来的情况和問题,还不够系統、具体,或者主見还不够明确。这就使得我們所了解的东西,有一定的片面性与局限性。这里我想把一些主要方面,初步地整理出来,也許对繼續深入爭論和解决这个问题,会有一些帮助;同时我願借这个机会,发表一些个人的体会和看法,以供大家研究。
Recently, we took part in several forums in Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai where several secondary school principals, directors and teachers of education departments organized by the local education administration departments studied education policy. In some key middle schools, Teachers and students were contacted, talked about; and and Shandong, Anhui, responsible for the education sector comrades talked about where they discuss the education policy and problems. In all respects, the discussion of the education policy is very popular all over the country, and it has gradually begun to warm up. However, due to the fact that the school was not open to school soon, the administrative staff of the school was busy with post-school administration and the teachers were busy preparing lessons. They had not had time to conduct further studies, but did not systematically summarize past education and thus reflected the situation. Problems, not enough systematic, specific, or assertive is not clear enough. This makes what we know something that has some one-sidedness and limitations. Here I would like to outline some major aspects and make some initial preparations. Maybe there will be some help in continuing the debate and resolving this issue. At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to publish some personal experiences and opinions for our study.
