“CKX”数控线切割机床在人工输入记数方向G_(x(y))后,抬起S_0扳键时,容易使S_0扳键内的弹簧片发生颤动而连送了二个G_(x(y)),这种错误从面板氖灯显示上是不易观察到的。在接着送入加工指令后,面板上的X、Y、F寄存器指示氖灯便有规律地闪动,进给乱走。等操作者发觉,往往已经前进了一段而造成工件的报废。要想避免上述错误(当然可以不用人工输入,但需要程序不多的工件,穿纸带反而不方便),就需要在每次人工输入时,将加工扳键放下,等加工指令输入后,仔细观察X或Y变补后面板上的氖灯显示是否正确。
