清真食品企业竞争力如何评价,关系到培育优质穆斯林企业。通过构建一套清真食品企业竞争力的评价指标体系,并运用AHP法确定各指标权重,为企业评价分析竞争力方面存在的问题及差距,并提出提升清真食品企业竞争力的有效对策提供有益的参考。
How to evaluate the competitiveness of halal food enterprises, related to the cultivation of high-quality Muslim enterprises. By constructing a set of evaluation index system of the competitiveness of halal food enterprises and using AHP method to determine the weight of each index, the paper provides some beneficial solutions to the problems and gaps in the evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises and puts forward the effective countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of halal food enterprises reference.
