北京图书馆新馆工程基本书库高64m。装修时,结构施工期间使用的塔式起重机已被拆除,现有的2台外用电梯只能运送装修材料。19层屋顶和外檐施工所用的脚手架木、组合钢模板和建筑垃圾一百余吨须往下运。我们利用斜钢索道装置运送屋顶的材料。这一装置简单、实用,省工、省料,有效地排除了生产障碍,保证了施工进度。一、装置构造运输装置主要由卷扬机、斜钢索道、滑轮组和支撑架4个部分组成(图1)。 1.卷扬机:选用1t慢速卷扬机2台。其中1号机作起重用,卷扬机的钢丝绳通过滑轮组和屋顶的支撑架与楼体固定,其作用是将需运下的材料从屋面存放处提起。2号机作
The basic library of the new library of Beijing Library is 64 meters high.
