解剖了年龄在2—12岁童尸的41对下肢,观察和测量了旋股外侧血管的升支。我们把升支分为竖段和横段,竖段恒定地走行于股直肌和阔筋膜张肌之间,直接位于髋关节来的表面,平均长23.3mm,外径为1.0mm。结果表明,旋股外侧动脉升支竖段是治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死时,作为植入股骨头和股骨颈的理想血管。
Forty-one pairs of lower extremities of children aged 2-12 years old were dissected, and the ascending branch of the circumflex blood vessels was observed and measured. We divide the ascending branch into an upright segment and a transverse segment. The upright segment runs constantly between the rectus femoris muscle and the tensor fascia and is directly on the surface of the hip joint with an average length of 23.3 mm and an outer diameter of 1.0 mm. The results showed that the lateral branch of the lateral femoral artery is the ideal blood vessel for implantation of the femoral head and femoral neck in the treatment of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in children.
