强烈的噪声对人体缝康和工作能力都会产生不利影响。长期在强烈噪声环境中工作,会引起人体机能的普遍病态如全身疲倦、头痛、失眠、注意力减退,听觉迟钝等;严重时,甚至还会导致耳聋等病症。为此,国家劳动总局和省市劳保单位都对噪声防治工作非常重视,要求对一些试点单位进行噪声防治试验,以便积累经验加以推广。我院应邀参加某厂试点的防治工作,它原来的噪声高达100分贝(指A声级,下同)以上,最高的一个实测数字为109分贝。任务要求在平台上建隔声室,室内噪声希望能控制在70分贝左右,亦即隔声效能应为40分贝左右;由于平台上的振动较大,也希望能同时处理隔振问题。

To this end, the State Administration of labor and provincial labor insurance units attach great importance to the work of noise control, requiring some pilot units for noise prevention and control experiments in order to gain experience to be promoted. Our institute was invited to participate in the prevention and control work of a factory pilot. Its original noise was as high as 100 dB (A level, the same below), and the highest measured figure was 109 dB. The task requires that an acoustic room be built on the platform, and the indoor noise should be controlled at about 70 dB, that is, the sound insulation performance should be about 40 dB. Due to the large vibration on the platform, it is also hoped that the vibration isolation problem can be handled at the same time.
