时至今日,对于CSR(企业社会责任)意兴阑珊的中国企业不胜枚举,其原因无非是不知道承担国家发展、民族进步的责任所耗费的大笔投入能否给企业带来经营效益的提升。如果企业没有承担社会责任的意识,那么就有可能会为了追求一时的经济效益而忽视本应履行的社会责任。而实施传统CSR战略的中国企业更多的是为了完成政府的任务,脱离自己的经营业务去满足政府的要求,将社会责任与企业经营目标分离,这也不是CSR战略实施的最初目标。对于中国企业而言,是时候该化被动为主动,优化传统的CSR战略,为自己谋一条创新可持续发展之路。
To date, the reason for the unwillingness of many Chinese enterprises that are unhappy about CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is simply that they do not know whether the substantial investment they have spent on their responsibilities for national development and national progress can bring about operational benefits to the enterprise . If the enterprise does not have the awareness of social responsibility, then it may be in the pursuit of temporary economic benefits and neglect should be fulfilled social responsibility. However, Chinese enterprises implementing traditional CSR strategies are not the initial goal of implementing CSR strategy. They are more responsible for fulfilling the government’s task, separating themselves from their government operations and meeting the government’s requirements, and separating social responsibility from their business objectives. For Chinese enterprises, it is time for this initiative to be passive and proactive, optimizing the traditional CSR strategy and seeking for a path of innovative and sustainable development for itself.
