逆流层析是一种无载体液-液分配色谱,不存在被分离物质的不可逆吸附,试验样品不需精制,几乎可以定量回收,故对生物活性物质和极性成分的分离特有意义。近年来,创制的高速逆流层析(HSCCC)样机,分离速度和分离效率显著提高,使该色谱新技术趋于完善和适于推广应用。我们应用国产89-A型HSCCC机进行了:1.从大黄羟基蒽醌甙元分离得到大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素和一个待鉴定成分的四个单峰,并得到大黄素甲醚和大黄酚的混合物单峰。2.从沙棘总黄酮分得七个波峰其中包括异鼠李素、檞皮素、山萘酚和芸香甙4个单峰。3.从苦参总碱分得五个波峰,其中包括苦参碱、氧化苦参碱及2个待鉴定成分等4个单峰。4.从洋金花总碱分得4个波峰,其中包括东莨菪碱、阿托
Countercurrent chromatography is an unsupported liquid-liquid partition chromatography. There is no irreversible adsorption of the separated substances. The test sample can be purified without quantitative purification. Therefore, it is particularly meaningful for the separation of biologically active substances and polar components. In recent years, the high speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) prototypes created have significantly improved the separation speed and separation efficiency, making the new chromatographic technology more perfect and suitable for popularization and application. We applied domestically produced Type 89-A HSCCC machine to perform: 1.
