本文根据春谷两年试验资料的10个性状值及它们的遗传相关阵,分别进行了主成分分析、聚类分析和二维排序。分析表明:前三个主成分具有良好的生物学意义,以此综合评价的优良品种也和实践相符。聚类结果二年都分为9类,类群间各具特色,优良品种多聚集于第6类群,基本上反映了品种的实际情况。从排序图上看到:谷子的遗传差异和地理差异有一定的平行关系。最后根据上述分析所提供的信息,提出了一部分培育高产品种的杂交参考组合,并讨论了这一信息在谷子三系配套中的可能应用。
In this paper, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and two-dimensional sorting were conducted respectively according to 10 traits of spring valley data and their genetic correlation matrix. The analysis shows that the first three principal components have good biological significance, and the fine varieties for comprehensive evaluation are also consistent with practice. The results of clustering for two years are all divided into nine categories, each with its own characteristics, and the fine varieties clustered in the sixth group, basically reflecting the actual situation of varieties. From the sort of map to see: millet genetic differences and geographical differences have a certain parallel relationship. Finally, based on the information provided by the above analysis, we put forward some hybrid reference combinations to breed high-yielding varieties and discuss the possible application of this information in the three-line matching of millet.
