随着经济全球化的发展和国际交流的日益频繁,中国越来越多地参与到世界经济中,以听、说、读、写、译为主要教学内容的商务英语课程受到了挑战。与此同时,跨文化交际能力的理论被逐渐地引入到中国。本文认为跨文化交际能力的培养与语言技能的培养同样重要,分析了国际商务交往中常见的言语行为和非言语行为冲突,最后提出了商务英语教学中跨文化交际能力培养的策略,提高学生对文化的敏感性,以提高商务英语的教学质量。
With the development of economic globalization and the increasing frequency of international exchanges, China is increasingly participating in the world economy. The course of Business English with the main content of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation is challenged. At the same time, the theory of intercultural communicative competence is gradually introduced into China. This paper argues that the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence is just as important as the cultivation of language skills. It analyzes the common conflicts between verbal and nonverbal behaviors in international business transactions. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of cultivating intercultural communicative competence in business English teaching and improves students’ Cultural sensitivity to improve the quality of business English teaching.
