近年来,石油化工行业发展迅速,由于石油化工行业是人所共知的危险行业,容易发生泄漏等紧急事件。因此,建立一套安全、可靠而功能强大的通信监测系统,对于减少危险、提高处理突发事件的能力及安全生产水平是十分必要的。且我单位自主研发的火炬在石油化工行业为独立产品,因此火炬的控制系统与DCS系统通讯不可忽视,针对荣信火炬、七台河火炬等PLC为S7-200的项目,做出Modbus RTU从站与DCS系统的通讯方法。
