民主集中制是中国共产党的基本组织原则,党员是党的主体,党员的权利是党和党组织权力的基础,依靠党内民主来尊重和保障党员权利;以党员、党组织的互动与博弈来的视角,通过对党内监督机构运作机制的分析来探究党内监督制度的建设和运行状况。
Democratic centralism is the basic organizing principle of the Communist Party of China. Party members are the main body of the party. Party members’ rights are the foundation of the power of the party and the party organizations. They rely on intra-party democracy to respect and safeguard the rights of party members. With the interaction and game between the party members and the party organizations Through the analysis of the operating mechanism of the supervisory organ in the party, this paper explores the construction and operation of the supervisory system within the party.
