薄型高强度钢板是低合金、高强度钢中派生出来的一种专业用钢材,主要用作船舶、压力容器、锅炉的承力构件及军用防弹钢板等。钢板厚度不大,一般在10mm以内,但强度很高,故称作薄型高强度钢板。这类钢板在校平、下料、冷作加工、焊接和装配等工艺中,不同于一般钢板,有它一定的特殊性能。本文根据我们的经验,介绍一些工艺问题,供大家参考。一、化学成份及机械性能为了保证这类钢板的可焊性,同时又要提高它的强度和弹性,因此在钢中增加了合金元素硅和锰。薄型高强度钢板的化学成份见表1,热处理后的机械性能见表2。
