混合液中萘酚与萘酯的测定,虽可用比色法和气液色谱法,但二者手续均不够简便。两种化合物在紫外光区均有强吸收,便于直接用分光光度法测定,但由于两吸收带互相重叠而无法实现。导数光谱是七十年代中迅速发展起来的先进技术。我们利用这种技术同时测定了混合液中α-萘酚与α-乙酸萘酯,取得了良好结果。此方法不用显色剂,也不需要分离手段,具有准确、快速、简便的特点。
Determination of naphthol and naphthalene ester mixture, although available colorimetric and gas-liquid chromatography, but both procedures are not simple enough. Both compounds have strong absorption in the UV region and are convenient for direct spectrophotometry but not possible due to the overlapping of the two absorption bands. Derivative spectroscopy is an advanced technique developed rapidly in the seventies. We used this technique to simultaneously determine α-naphthol and α-naphthyl acetate in the mixture, with good results. This method does not require developer, and does not require separation means, with accurate, rapid and simple features.
