本文在扩充的Rasberry-Heinrich校正方程的基础上,采用Delta系数法对元素间的吸收-增强效应进行数学校正,结合硼砂-硼酸锂制样技术,给出了锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷的X射线荧光分析法.分析未知试样时,只需一只参考标样,且其适用范围较广.同时本方法对相互作用系数准确性的依赖程度也较小.由自编程序用计算机计算相互作用系数和试样组分.当试样组分为PbO64%,ZrO_225%,TiO_27%,La_2O_34%时,本方法的绝对标准偏差分别为0.12%,0.08%,0.04%和0.04%.
