随着改革开放的不断深入,我国的上层建筑和经济基础领域诸多方面发生着深刻的变化,经济体制由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转换,企业逐步建立现代企业制度,政企分开,直接面向市场。在这种情况下,直接面向企业工作的产业工会,就必须转换自身的工作运行机制,以更好地围绕经济建设这个中心开展工作。这已成为客观发展的必然趋势,这既是企业对产业工会的要求,也是产业工会自身改革发展的迫切需要。笔者认为,在新形势下,产业工会要尽快实现运行机制的转换,必须解决好以下几个问题。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in many aspects of the superstructure and economic base in our country. The economic structure has been transformed from a planned economy to a socialist market economy. Enterprises have gradually established a modern enterprise system. Government and enterprises are separated from each other directly to the market . Under such circumstances, industrial unions that directly face the enterprises must change their working mechanism of operation so as to better work around the center of economic construction. This has become an inevitable trend of objective development. This is not only the requirement of the enterprises for the trade unions, but also the urgent need of the trade unions themselves for their reform and development. In my opinion, under the new situation, the trade unions should change their operating mechanism as soon as possible, and the following problems must be solved.
