HIV-1可垂直传染给下一代。以逆转录病毒为载体,脐带血造血干细胞为靶细胞,对HIV感染的新生儿进行基因治疗较常规基因治疗有许多优越性,本文就新生儿HIV感染基因治疗的有关研究情况作一综述。
HIV-1 can be transmitted vertically to the next generation. Taking retrovirus as carrier and umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem cells as target cells, gene therapy for HIV-infected newborn has many advantages over routine gene therapy. This article reviews the research progress of gene therapy for neonatal HIV infection.
