本文介绍了机刻电蚀字头的设计标准与制造技术。着重对手刻字头进行了经济、技术价值对比分析,按生产过程分述了字头制造全过程的技术、工艺要点和主要参数。其中表一列出的参数是加强字划强度和提高字头寿命的关键。而工艺过程中,主要特点在于采用机刻凸模、翻制凹模和铜片电极,从而克服了直接刻制电极和因电极消耗较大而带来的一系列字头质量问题。
This article introduces the design criteria and manufacturing techniques of machine engraved etching head. Focus on the opponent’s letterhead economic and technical comparative analysis of value, according to the production process is divided into the first word of the whole process of manufacturing technology, process points and the main parameters. The parameters listed in Table 1 are the key to strengthening the intensity of word strokes and improving the life of prefixes. In the process, the main feature lies in the use of mechanical engraving punch, inverted die and copper electrode, thus overcoming the direct engraved electrodes and a large number of electrodes caused by the consumption of a series of head quality problems.
