在温室条件下,研究苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)NBIN863菌株对番茄根结线虫的生物防治效果,对番茄植株的促生作用及在番茄根际周围的定殖能力。结果表明:NBIN863菌株对番茄根结线虫的温室防效达到54.48%;对番茄植株具有促生作用,株高、根长和全株鲜质量分别比空白对照增加49.10%、43.69%和52.50%;该菌株能稳定在番茄根际周围定殖,接种30d后,其定殖浓度为8.37×105cfu·g-1。
The biological control effect of Bacillus thuringiensis strain NBIN863 on root-knot nematode, the growth promoting effect on tomato plants and its colonization around tomato rhizosphere were studied in greenhouse. The results showed that the greenhouse effect of NBIN863 strain on tomato root knot nematode reached 54.48%, and its growth promoting effect on tomato plants. The plant height, root length and whole plant fresh weight increased by 49.10%, 43.69% and 52.50% respectively compared with the blank control. The strain can colonize the rhizosphere of tomato stably. After 30 days of inoculation, its colonization concentration was 8.37 × 105 cfu · g-1.
