针对齿轮传动系统某些元件参数变化而使系统动态性能变差并有可能使系统崩溃这一情形 ,借助于一致性空间法 ,提出了一种齿轮传动系统故障诊断的新方法。通过一实际传动系统的仿真计算表明 ,该方法可有效诊断齿轮传动系统因元件参数变化而导致的故障。
Aiming at the situation that the dynamic performance of the system is worsened and the system may collapse due to the change of parameters of some components of the gear transmission system, a new method of fault diagnosis of the gear transmission system is proposed by means of the uniform space method. The simulation results of an actual transmission system show that this method can effectively diagnose the fault of the gear transmission system due to the change of component parameters.
