小型直升式水闸门因船只通航不容易撞坏闸门,止水效果好,使用寿命长,启闭灵活简便,安全可靠而在农村得到广泛应用。使用过程中,一般闸门开启悬挂的时间多,下闸关闭的时间少。为克服启闭装置因闸门常期开启悬挂受静力引起的零件疲烤损坏,近年来设计时一般都要加装“搁门机构”(又称搁门器)。这样,给闸门启闭操作时又增添了麻烦。图(1)是闸门启闭示意图。启闭要求为:闸门上升至e处,即升过搁门器顶爪,待顶爪进入闸门搁口后闸门下降一段距
