利用CFD技术建立了风扇“0级静子+1级转子+1级静子”计算模型,分析了对风扇一级叶片性能的影响因素,研究了风扇性能衰退的机理和规律。在此基础上建立了某型涡扇发动机部件级数学模型,分析了风扇性能衰退对发动机性能的影响,并通过与实际试车数据的对比,验证了模型的可靠性。为监控发动机的状态变化和提高发动机维护水平提供技术支持。
The CFD technique was used to establish the calculation model of fan “0-stage stator + 1-stage rotor + 1stage stator ”. The influencing factors on the performance of the first stage fan were analyzed. The mechanism and rule of fan performance degradation were studied. Based on this, the mathematical model of a turbofan engine is set up, and the influence of fan performance degradation on engine performance is analyzed. The reliability of the model is verified by comparison with the actual test data. To monitor the status of the engine changes and improve the level of engine maintenance to provide technical support.
