通过优化完井,无需动用管柱,可提高措施效率、开采多个油气藏及多层非均质砂岩油藏,从而控制开发成本并提高采收率。印尼苏门答腊Jabung区块开发井钻遇三类典型油气藏:气顶油环油气藏、多油气藏及多砂岩非均质油藏。根据各类油气藏的特点,采用针对性的完井方法,优化的完井方法利用常规完井技术和井下工具实现单井一次完井,无需复杂的再完井措施,可同时或接替生产多个油气藏。此外,针对非均质多砂岩特点,应用可控的分层注水技术,可提高油藏采收率。上述完井方法已成功应用于不同类型油藏中,为油气水分布复杂的小断块油田开发过程中控制操作成本、提高开发井的整体效益提供了借鉴。图5参10
By optimizing completion, there is no need to use a pipe string to increase efficiency and exploit multiple reservoirs and multi-layered heterogeneous sandstone reservoirs to control development costs and improve oil recovery. There are three types of typical oil and gas reservoirs encountered in the Jabung block of Sumatra, Indonesia: gas cap oil-ring reservoir, multi-reservoir and multi-sandstone heterogeneous reservoir. According to the characteristics of various types of oil and gas reservoirs, the well-targeted completion method and optimized completion method are used to realize single-well completion with conventional completion technology and downhole tools without complex re-completion measures, A reservoir. In addition, the characteristics of heterogeneous multi-sandstone, the application of controlled stratified water injection technology, can improve oil recovery. The above completion method has been successfully applied to different types of reservoirs, providing reference for controlling operation costs and improving the overall benefit of development wells in the development of small fault blocks with complicated oil and gas distribution.
