近年来,越来越多研究证明母亲Hcy水平升高与不良妊娠结局有关,可导致胎儿畸形、流产、死胎、胎儿宫内生长受限等。正常妊娠妇女同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平在妊娠早期开始下降,孕20~32周时降至孕前的50%~60%,此后保持稳定水平至分娩。正常妊娠过程中Hcy水平降低有助于维持母体血管内皮细胞的完整性和冠状动脉的弹性,在调节母体血管对妊娠适应能力方面意义重
In recent years, more and more studies have shown that maternal Hcy levels associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes can lead to fetal malformations, abortion, stillbirth, fetal growth restriction and so on. Homocysteine (Hcy) levels in normal pregnant women begin to decline in early gestation, from 50% to 60% in pre-pregnancy at 20 to 32 weeks of gestation, and then remain stable until delivery. Reduced Hcy levels during normal pregnancy help maintain the integrity of the maternal vascular endothelial cells and the elasticity of the coronary arteries, which is of great importance in adapting maternal blood vessels to pregnancy
