随着中职院校的不断发展,中职班主任的德育教育工作逐渐成为学校以及社会关注的重点,对学生发展有重要影响。因此,应该加强对“管育并重”模式在中职班主任德育教育中的运用的研究。本文围绕作为中职班主任必须正确认识管的目的、作为中职班主任必须充分发挥育的根本作用两个方面展开讨论,详细分析了实施“管育并重”模式的有效措施,从而实现班主任在学生发展中充分发挥职能作用的目标。
