目的:探索降低川芎镉含量的方法,为大田栽培低镉川芎提供科学依据。方法:施用不同剂量的生石灰对酸性的川芎栽培土壤进行改良,测定改良前后川芎镉含量以及川芎生长周期中土壤活性态镉含量百分比,并分析土壤活性态镉含量百分比的变化规律以及对川芎镉含量的影响。结果:生石灰能提高土壤p H值降低土壤活性态镉含量百分比,从而显著降低川芎根茎镉含量,且川芎根茎镉含量与石灰施用量成极显著负相关(P=0.008)。相对于空白组,生石灰施用量为750、1 125和1 500 kg/hm2时,川芎根茎镉含量分别降低27.66%、24.87%和46.20%;生石灰的施用量达到1 500 kg/hm2时,土壤p H值显著升高并保持相对稳定,同时土壤活性态镉含量百分比成先显著降低后少量回升的变化趋势。结论:在田间环境下,施用生石灰可显著降低川芎根茎镉含量,高施用量的生石灰对川芎根茎镉含量、土壤p H及其活性态镉含量百分比的影响更稳定有效。
Objective: To explore ways to reduce the content of cadmium in Chuanxiong rhizome and provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of low-concentration Chuanxiong rhizome in the field. Methods: Acidified Ligusticum chuanxiong cultivated soil was treated with different doses of quick lime, and the content of Cd in the soil of Chuanxiong rhizome before and after the improvement and the percentage of active Cd in the soil during the growth period of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort were determined. The changes of percentage of active Cd in soil and the content of cadmium Impact. Results: Quick lime could increase soil p H value and decrease percentage of active Cd in soil, thus significantly reduce Cd content in rhizome and stem of rhizoma chuanxiong. The content of cadmium in rhizome and stem of Chuanxiong rhizome had a significantly negative correlation with lime application (P = 0.008). Compared with the blank group, the cadmium content of Rhizoma Chuanxiong rhizome decreased by 27.66%, 24.87% and 46.20% when the quick lime application rates were 750, 1 125 and 1 500 kg / hm2, respectively. When the application rate of quick lime reached 1 500 kg / hm2, H value increased significantly and remained relatively stable, at the same time, the percentage of active Cd in soil decreased significantly and then rebounded slightly. CONCLUSION: Applying quicklime can significantly reduce the cadmium content of Rhizoma Chuanxiong rhizomes under field application. The high application of quick lime has a more stable and effective effect on the cadmium content of rhizomes and the percentage of p H and its active cadmium content.
