妇女在妊娠、分娩、产褥期并发脑血管意外并非罕见。其病因,发病机理,诊治及预后均与常见的高血压动脉硬化性卒中有所不同。我科1987～1990年初收治7例,报导如下。临床资料发病年令:22岁、24岁、26岁各2例,38岁1例。发病时期:妊娠2个月,8个月各1例,分娩期1例,产褥期4例,为产后第2天,第7天,第10天及第16天,以产褥期为多,占妊娠、分娩、产褥期脑血栓的57.1%。起病急的3例,缓慢4例。症状:高血压病1例(有14年高血压史),妊娠高血压1例,头痛4例,癫痫发作3例,运动性失语2例,中枢性面瘫6例,偏瘫6例,四肢瘫1例。实验室检查:腰穿3例中,1
