In terms of queuing, because of their unique national character, different countries have obvious differences. Latina, such as Italy and Spain, are the most lacking in queuing awareness in Europe. In their view, queuing means demeaning, restraining and impeding people from developing, using intelligence and creativity. In Western Europe, the opposite attitude towards queuing is taken. In their concept, queuing is fair and a reasonable way to solve unnecessary competition. Among European countries, the British are second to none.
