为了有效了解地下储层的储油情况及油、气、水的储存状态,将地层岩心取到地面上进行分析化验是了解油气储层基本情况的必要环节,取全取准岩心资料是每一个地质人员的愿望。然而,在取心过程中因为岩心收获率低,特别是空筒造成的岩心缺失给研究储层带来了很多困难。因此,研究钻井取心技术中空筒的出现原因,特别是密闭取心技术,可以有效解决目前的难题。本文以苏东011井为例,对空筒的出现进行了全面的探讨,并提出了应对措施,大大的提高了岩心收获率,降低了取心风险。
