過渡時期各方面社會主義的成份不斷增長,當然也要不斷加强社會主義的教育。新民主主義教育和社會主義教育的關係怎樣?它們的聯系性和區別性怎樣?不少教育工作者提出這樣問題,我過去在「人民教育」上也曾解答過這些問题(見一九五三年六月號),但那時認識不足,现在再提出我個人的意见和大家研究。新民主主義教育在宇宙觀方面是和社會主義教育一致的,毛主席做過下列的分析: 「在「五四」以後,中國產生了完全嶄新的文化生力軍,這就是中國共產黨人所領導的共產主義的文化思想,即共產主義的宇宙觀和社會革命論。」「在「五四」以後,中國的新文化,那是新民主主義性質的文化,屬於無產階級社會主義的文化革命的一部分。」
The elements of socialism in all aspects during the transition period are constantly growing. Of course, we must also continue to step up education in socialism. What is the relationship between the new-democratic education and socialist education? What are their connection and distinctions? Many educators have raised such questions. In the past, I have also answered these questions in People’s Education (see 1953 June issue), but at that time lack of understanding, I now put forward my personal opinions and study. New democratic education is consistent with socialist education in terms of cosmology. Chairman Mao did the following analysis: “After the May Fourth Movement, China had a completely new cultural force, which was communism led by the Chinese Communists Of the cultural ideas, that is, the communist cosmology and social revolution theory. ”After the May Fourth Movement, China’s new culture, which is a new-democratic culture, is part of the cultural revolution of proletarian socialism. "
